Return policy

At this time, we ship to the U.S and to some countries worldwide.
Domestic shipping is free for order over 50$ ( before taxes ).
Sales tax are only applied to order going to California.
For order under 50$, there is a 4,95$ flat rate fee.
Orders are usually shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided.

We accept returns of unused and unopened ( sealed ) products within 10 days from shipping date.
Contact our customer service via email to obtain a return authorization and always include the shipping slip with your return.
Please understand that we can not accept any return of opened or used products.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail,  therefore we strongly recommend to obtain tracking informations when returning a product to us.
We do not refund the original shipping costs with the refund.
